GIANELLI EXPANSION CHAMBER SYSTEM

Italian exhaust manufacturers Giannelli have developed this expansion chamber system that will fit any Series 1, 2 or 3 Lambretta (except TV175 Series 1) with no modifications to bodywork. They accomplished this by turning the tailpipe 180 degrees and positioning the repackable aluminum silencer underneath the engine, facing forward with the tip pointing out 90 degrees to the right. These systems are top quality in fit and finish, and they deliver a very free revving, hard hitting, top end oriented powerband. They are currently only available for TS1 and Imola/Monza cylinders, but we can modify the pipe for a standard cylinder for $80.

This is the ideal system for any Lambretta owner who wants a wide powerband, excellent ground clearance, and low noise output. It fits any Li/SX/TV/GP/DL/Serveta model with a standard rectangular shaped exhaust flange, including those fitted with a Rapido or Mugello cylinder kit. The build quality is unbeatable, with gorgeous TIG welds holding together all of the various bits of aircraft quality stainless steel. It comes with everything you need for installation, including mounting hardware, springs, polished aluminum silencer, and detailed instructions. As with all over the kickstart expansion chamber systems, trimming the back edge of the right rear footboard is recommended for optimum clearance. Get this system and you wont be sorry many years from now when other systems have rusted away to pieces!

TOOMEY SILENCER-11 INCH

This high quality silencer is 2.5 inches in diameter and 11 inches long, has a machined aluminum body, and an easily repackable core secured by a snap-ring. It mounts with two 6mm allen bolts and it can easily be adapted to any expansion chamber with a flange mounted silencer, including PM and ScootRS brands.
